This campaign stemmed from two central problems: 1. People want to support brands that do good in the world, but many don’t know where to find them, and 2. it is hard for soon-to-be or recently released prisoners to find work. What if we could make it easier for consumers to find such a brand while advancing its core purpose?

We put resumes on the back of bread packaging to help soon-to-be and recently-released prisoners get their foot in the door, and their name on the list.
P.S. This campaign was created from January to May of 2024. You may have seen a similar concept released by Pizza Hut in September of that same year. While we (to our knowledge) had nothing to do with Pizza Hut’s ‘ResZAmes’ it is fulfilling and certainly reassuring to see our concepts brought to life out in the industry.
